You are invited to a day retreat to relax and unwind from the stresses of life.

Come and immerse yourself in the calming nature of the beautiful woodland and enjoy a range of activities including fire lighting, campfire cooking, whittling, using tools and crafting.

There will be lots of opportunities to take part in mindful activities throughout the day.

Come and join us on a journey of discovery amongst likeminded women in a safe relaxing place where you can reflect, observe and just be in the moment.
